UPGRADING THE PLAYING SURFACE
A new 3G pitch is currently being installed by Clive Richardson Ltd and will be ready for the 2021-22 season. This will facilitate week-round intensive training, improve football quality and reduce the impact of adverse winter weather on fixture scheduling.
COMMUNITY HUB
The existing training/grassed area beside the stadium will be transformed with a new full-size 3G community training pitch and hub building with flexible changing rooms and a dedicated community room.
STADIUM REDEVELOPMENT
Our vision is for an all-seater stadium accommodating between 6000 and 8000 spectators. This will include refurbishment of the Jack Doherty Stand, replacement clubhouse and changing rooms, relocation of the Railway End to accommodate an international-size pitch and a new grandstand to the back of the ground replacing the existing structurally defective terracing.
